200.00 security deposits are required to confirm your reservation.
30 days prior to arrival total balance is due.
Security deposit is returned within 10 days of departure providing room charges are paid and terms and conditions have been met. Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per room, for two persons unless otherwise confirmed. Room rates do not include check-in fee, daily resort fee, room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, movies, parking, or gratuities other guest services and incidentals. 75.00 Cleaning fee on stays less then 7 nights. Check in time from 3:00 PM and the check out time 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged Please note that your billing statement will show WaikikiWeekly Non-smoking room only!!! This will cause loss of deposit. These are privately owned condos, therefore there is no daily maid service. Rooms are stocked with towels and toiletries. All payments are made securely thru PayPal.com (an e-bay company) Cancel 30 days in advance of arrival and receive FULL REFUND. Cancel less then 30 days and we must charge 1 night Cancel less then 48 hours we charge 2 nights. (Nov.-Feb. add one night to each) Room Rates do not include 4.72% Hawaii State General Excise Tax (GET) and 7.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT). Tenants & Guests agree to be responsible for the care of the units to and agree to pay for missing or damaged items upon demand.
Room is to be left in the same condition as it was received with the exception of soiled linens. Remove garbage & leftover food and drinks, Do not move furniture, Clean up!!
Tenants and guests of tenants agree to adhere to “HOUSE RULES” of the Hotel.
This is a Privately owned Condo not in the Hotel Pool, There is not daily maid service you must tidy up yourself and conserve towels, if you require daily maid service and unlimited towels the hotel charges over 200.00/night for the same room with Daily maid service.
